Awakening Conscious Leadership 101 – A Neuroscience and Mindfulness-Based Leadership Approach
ACL is an XCHANGE program designed to be an impactful learning experience modelled after the work of the late Dr. Daniel Friedland in his book “Leading Well From Within.” The program provides the transformation framework for how to become a conscious leader.
Program Objectives:
During this 2-hour experiential workshop, participants are going to:
- Learn how to move from a state of reactivity to a state of creativity.
- Explore the neuroscience-based frames for becoming more mindful.
- Experience a process for becoming more aware.
- Learn how to utilize stress as an energy source to meet one’s most significant challenges.
